Hello! It's time to announce our winners for Challenge #190 - Pattern.

"I really like the repeat of color between the stenciled polka dots and the tulips and the rather organic flow of the polka dots. The tulips are gorgeous and appear to "pop" off the card. The strip of yellow seems to totally balance the card. Lovely!"
