Hilary did an amazing job with her one layer card design. Her crisp, clean masking is so striking and her ink blending is just beautiful! Both techniques work perfectly with the lovely black silhouette that she chose for her focal point! A really stunning CAS one layer card!

Addicted to CAS Challenge #149 - Presents

Hello there, CAS Addicts! Welcome to our last challenge for 2018! Our Hostess is Susan, and she has chosen 'Presents' as our code word!
Before we begin, let's review the rules for the challenge:

Don't forget, as always, Happy Little Stampers (HLS)  is our Sponsor, and Kylie is generously awarding a stamp set to our winner

At the end of December, the HLS shop will be closing down - get in now for some bargains!
We have a super talented Guest Designer for this challenge...Chrissie Stokes

Chrissie is a retired Primary School teacher, who began cardmaking in 2007, prompted by a request to make her daughter’s wedding stationery. In the years which followed,  she experimented with a variety of styles until her chosen genre, Clean and Simple, became the focus of all her cards. For many years she was on the Design team of the British Craft Magazine ‘Craft Stamper’ and has served on numerous blog design teams.

In 2011 she created the CAS challenge blog “Less is More” with fellow crafter Mandi Moore, which has gone from strength to strength. Since stepping back from the full time running of LIM she now has more time to  enjoy spending time with grandchildren and taking many breaks and holidays, cruising being a particular favourite!

OK, now let's see what the DT gals came up with for the code word:

Now we turn it over to you to see your take on the code word 'Presents'! Have fun creating, and don't forget to keep it CAS!

Wishing everyone a very Happy Holiday Season! We will return on January 5th with a brand new challenge...Hope to see you then!
