Hello there, CAS Addicts! It's time for a new challenge, and this time our Hostess, Bobby, has chosen 'Rain' for our code word!

Hello, all! My name is Fran Wing and I live in the beautiful Rogue River Valley of southern Oregon in the US. My husband and I share our home with 2 cats, a dog, and an occasional grandchild or 3. Professionally I’m a commercial interior designer, specializing in corporate offices, educational and medical spaces, and hospitality but I can always find time for card-making. I’ve been making cards for about 9 years, and what started as a random hand-made card now and then has turned into a full-on passion! I create multiple editions of cards for friends and family 6 times a year (Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, 4^th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), plus all of the usual birthday and wedding invitations, birth announcements and miscellaneous other family events. I can’t say that I’ve developed a signature style, but I do have a preference for CAS. I’m really honored to be Guest Designer this week for Addicted to CAS and look forward to seeing what all of you do with “Rain”.

I immediately fell in love with Fran's card.  The kraft layers are the perfect background for the white embossed sentiment.   The paper pieced four clover leaves and scattered white flowers add a wonderful touch of sophistication.   All around this is a gorgeous card.

Hi everyone ! My name is Isabelle aka Izzy Scrap and I live in France with my dear hubby, two teenagers and two cats ! I discovered crafting 7 years ago while we were expatriated. I begun with Scrapbooking but I rapidly moved to card making. Since then, I love playing with stamps, inks, powders, trying new techniques and « meeting » new friends ! Last year has been the coolest one since I’ve been asked to be in the DT of Less is More and Uniko : a dream came true ! I love this awesome crafting community from who I learn a lot. I love the way Isabelle created this wonderful scene of a cute little cat sleeping in the window.The soft grey stenciling is the perfect background and the fish bones are really a cute touch.

Her card just made me smile and I really appreciate her wonderful step by step directions.

Dia dhuit! My name is Wendy and I am from the emerald isle aka Ireland. I work in the private Nursing sector specialising in the management of behaviour that challenges and Intellectual Disabilities. Card making has been my go-to hobby for the past 19 years. I spend most of my evenings ( when not on night shift) in my kitchen working on cards.. and yes, my little leprechauns love spaghetti bolognaise with a sprinkle of glitter :) I am over the moon to be a Guest Designer on Addicted to CAS, as CAS style cards make the less is more approach look amazing.  Go raibh míle maith agat!
